The traffic lights at the junction of Green road do not give enough time for cars to proceed through the lights, they only allow 3 or 4 cars before they change again. The other lights are green for at least 20 seconds allowing a far greater number of cars through. Please could someone have a look at increasing the amount of time these lights stay green.
