Two black bags of household waste, dumped last night on West Hill, next to the black litter bin and green glass bin, right under the no fly tipping sign. Please could this be removed before the seagulls rip the bags open and create a right mess on West Hill all over the weekend. Why are people so mindless and disrespectful to the island.
