I have noticed the sudden appearance of large piles of scallop shells near La Maison slipway on the sand as well as next to the slipway. I believe a commercial scallop fisherman may be dumping scallop shells at this location. I attach two photographs I took of the piles of scallop shells now starting to appear ath this location.
